cFos Context Menu
You can open the context menu either by right-clicking on any cFos window or the cFos tray icon. In cFos/Professional, you can choose from the following menu items:
- cFos v5.06 DSL/ISDN cFos Version Information
Lists the cFos version installed, build number and software authors.
- cf0001 cFos License Number
Displays the serial number of your licensed copy of cFos/Professional. If you have only a cFos shareware version installed, this line instead tracks how many days of free trial time you have still remaining (e.g., 33 days).
Also lists your active cFos install directory.
- www.cfos.de Direct Access to the cFos Homepage
Your direct link to the cFos Homepage.
- Open/Close Windows
Opens/closes all cFos windows (call monitor, status window, etc.) at once.
NOTE: This can also be done by double-clicking on the cFos tray icon. Each window can be closed individually with double-clicking anywhere on it.
- Window Settings
Allows you to adjust a number of settings for different cFos windows. For detailed instructions click here.
- Caller List
Lists calls received with specific information about calling time, caller ID, number called and service used (e.g., 10:45 012345678->654321, CIP=16).
- Time Sync. Time Synchronization
Gives you the option of synchronizing the time on your computer clock with that of an Internet timeserver. Please note this feature is only available if your provider transmits time impulses.
- Connection Protocol
Shows a protocol of recent connections. This includes entries for every COM port used during an active connection listing the number called, data-transfer direction, MSN employed, medium, protocol, duration, charges, budget, bytes received, bytes sent, network information and time of disconnection.
The CAPI line on the bottom provides information about the manufacturer and which mode its CAPI driver supports (for example, if "Modem=0" is returned, analog mode is not supported).
- Help! cFos Documentation
Your direct link to the cFos Documentation.
- cFos Configuration
"settings" Brings you to the cFos DSL/ISDN driver setup.
This is where you can adjust DSL and ISDN settings, (de)select features, enter parameters, add COM ports, configure DSL/ISDN connections and dialer protection. Here, you can also set a start mode for cFos, if you are running Windows NT/2k or XP.
"online counter" Gets you to the cFos Budget Management menu, where you can customize cFos Online Counters to your own specifications.
